Acts as a first-point of contact for client inquires, resolving queries where possible and passing relevant information to sales associates. Maintains sales database and documentation with all relevant information.
Assists in maintaining sales programs and keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.
Assists in preparing presentations or demonstrations.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 18 months experience in a related field.
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other database programs.
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
Strong analytical skills required
